Report Generation and Server Down-Time reporting issues are two items high on the priority list for Compass Plus™ this month. We will be keeping you, our customers, apprised as we make progress on hardware and software upgrades. Compass Plus™ Version 2.1 is in final development and will be in the testing phase soon. We’d love to hear your feedback and questions as they arise.

We have been working hard to develop a more reliable partnership between Inet 7 Tech support and Compass Plus™ Tech support that will keep us humming along with timely notifications of issues that affect productivity. This is an improvement we all want to see!

What’s working well: As a result of feedback from you,our customers, we have improved our process of error log monitoring which will not only keep our survey engine running more efficiently, but has the potential to provide valuable data that will inform future upgrades and product enhancements as well. Again, your feedback is invaluable to us, as we seek to understand your current and future needs.

SSL certificate: https:// or secure sockets layer, now known as transport layer security (TLS) provides security for communications over networks such as the Internet by encrypting segments of network connections. SSL is coming soon to Compass Plus™. Stay tuned for updates on this significant enhancement to our service line.
