  • Error Log tracking is one way that our Compass Plus® team is closing in on system stability issues. Each issue is tracked as it is reported, and sorted into one of three categories: System issue, Training issue, or User error. By systematically tracking the issues that our customers report as they are acted upon, we are ensuring that valuable learning is captured and trends that affect performance are spotted in a timely manner.

  • Our development team is expanding! This month, we have added an additional programmer to assist with system upgrades and issue resolution.

  • As we moved into the Testing phase of the development plan for CP2.0, we began recruiting assistance from you, our customers, so the end-product is as close as possible to what you need it to be. Thanks to all who helped complete a successful Phase I of Testing. Revisions are underway, thanks to your feedback!

  • Reporting enhancements – Thanks to your excellent feedback, we are working on enhancements to our reporting utility that will allow us to add automatic counting, better survey management and color graphing to our Compass Plus® Survey reports. Keep the good ideas coming. We are listening!
