Digital Learning Forum

1. What is DLF?

The “Digital Learning Forum” exists to provide a forum for the exchange of cutting edge information related to the development and implementation of interactive media for learning and communication.

We meet on the second Monday of each month on the campus of the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul.  Meetings are free and anyone interested in interactive media is welcome to attend.

2. Who should attend?

Members represent large and medium size organizations and sole proprietorships with a national or international focus.  Members will include:  e-Learning applications and systems developers, Curriculum developers, Communication specialists and Management of any of the above.  Although this is the primary audience for the organization, other individuals are invited to attend meetings.

Time: 6:00 - 6:30 p.m. (Networking) (Snacks and beverages provided)
6:30 - 6:45 p.m. (Business Meeting/Announcements)
6:45 - 8:00 p.m. (Presentation)

Place: University of St. Thomas, St. Paul Campus
O'Shaughnessy Educational Center room 454 (take elevator or stairs to the 4th floor)

  • Take I-94 to Cretin Avenue.  Go South on Cretin.  Once you pass Selby Avenue, watch for the large football stadium on the left-hand side.  Enter the parking lot adjacent to the stadium (Lot H).  Go through narrow parking lot near the football field and park in the ramp.  See map for location of building from the parking ramp.  Ramp ~ $3.00 (and is sometimes free).
  • Free parking is available on Summit Avenue and a few nearby streets.
  • Limited parking meters are available directly North of the OEC building.  Do not park in the reserved/contract spots.
