President
For more than 20 years Robb has been designing, creating, and delivering technology-based training materials including e-learning courses, video training productions and web-delivered educational content.

Robb is a frequent presenter on accessible training and website development. And was awarded (January 2006) “Certificate of Appreciation” by Minnesota DHS/DSD for work done on technical video training series.

Jessica DuFresne
Production Manager and Lead Graphics Designer
In addition to keeping Rivertown projects on schedule, Jessica excels at designing and creating web pages that are both attractive and easy to navigate. She is an accomplished HTML and Flash programmer and can combine a visually pleasing and professional design with efficient code.
Jessica’s experience includes:
- A degree in Graphics Design from Brown College
- Over ten years experience designing effective educational CD-ROM and e-learning
- Designing and testing user interfaces
- Creating Flash animations
- HTML programming
- Cascading Style Sheets
- Developing and testing accessible websites
Jessica understands the value of designing program navigation that is intuitive and her website designs are clean and professional.

Jothan Sargent
Lead Programmer
Jothan is our lead programmer and has a B.A. in computer Science from St. Thomas. He has over twelve years experience developing computer-based instruction.
He is accomplished in the following technologies:

Monty Rendon
Graphics Designer
Monty is a talented graphics designer, illustrator and video producer
Monty’s experience includes:
- Graphic design and illustrations
- Creating custom animations using tools like After Effects, Flash
- Freehand creation of fine are and illustrations
- A Bachelors Degree - Graphic Design from La Salle University, México
- A degree in Cinematography and Television from Complutense University, Spain
Monty is fluent in Spanish and works on most of Rivertown’s multi-lingual program development.
Nigel Stewart
Instructional Design
Nigel obtained his Master of Science degree in instructional technologies from St. Cloud State University and was recently awarded his Post Graduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching from St. Martin’s College in the UK.
Nigel’s nearly 30 years experience in education and e-learning development includes:
- Multimedia/e-Learning designer
- Web programmer
- Project manager
- Stand-up trainer
- Technical writer
Because Nigel is both an educator and a programmer, he is able to design highly interactive e-learning programs that work.
Contractors
In addition to our core team members, we have an extensive pool of specialty contractors we can call on as needed. Skills include every programming language, on-camera and voice-over talent, translators / multi-cultural experts and video / streaming video production people. Rivertown employees always manage our projects.
